DN-200 Series Flagship Product from DisplayNet

The DN-200 Series is the flagship product of the DisplayNet AV-over-IP product line. It leverages the latest SDVoE technology to distribute uncompressed AV signals with resolutions of up to 4K /60p over a 10GbE Ethernet network. The DN-200 Series adds support for HDMI 2.0 with up to 12-bit color, HDCP 2.2, DisplayPort 1.2, and High-Speed USB 2.0 with virtual hub support. A high-performance scaler in both the Transmitter (Tx) and Receiver (Rx) units enables very Fast Switching, Advanced MultiViewer, and Advanced Video Wall processing.

DN-200 Series transmitter and receiver units are controlled by a DisplayNet Server® (DNS-200), which includes powerful DisplayNet Manager® web browser-based software that enables the system to be managed using any third-party controller using simple Telnet commands.

Features & Benefits

– Utilizes SDVoE Technology to distribute AV signals with off-the-shelf 10GbE network switches
– Supports HDMI 2.0 signals with resolutions up to 4K /60p with 8-bit color (4:4:4) and 4K /60p with 10-bit or 12-bit color (4:2:2 or 4:2:0)(1)
– Includes scaling in the Receiver to enable Fast Switching
– Vastly superior to existing Video-over-IP products: zero frame latency, zero compression(1), zero artifacts
– Supports HDMI, HDCP, Embedded Audio, Analog Stereo Audio, Downmixed Audio, High Speed USB 2.0 (480 Mbps.), Bidirectional IR, RS-232 and 1GbE over 10GbE link
– Fully Routable, Independent Switching Layers for all signal types: Video, Embedded Audio, Analog Audio, Downmixed Audio, USB, IR, RS-232
– Supports Audio Embedding, De-embedding and Down-Mixing
– Create, save, and use video wall configurations with optimized bezel correction
– Unconstrained scalability – Size of I/O array only limited by number of 10GbE switch ports
– Support for both copper and fiber 10GbE network connectivity within the same unit
– Maximum range up to 100 meters (328 ft.) using a single CAT6a or CAT7 cable
– Maximum range up to 30 KM using single-mode SFP+ Module
– DisplayNet Server and DisplayNet Manager enable deep integration into new or existing AV systems
– All endpoints include a built-in 1GbE Ethernet switch for high-speed local network connections

– Leverages decades of proven networking technology and massive global deployment of 10GbE networks
– AV assets no longer need to be aggregated at a central location using an expensive AV Matrix Switcher
– Eliminates the need for costly, redundant AV networks as all AV assets can now reside on existing IT networks
– Enables IT Managers to easily manage and distribute AV assets within corporate network environments
– 10GbE network switches can be up to 60% smaller than typical AV switches and up to 1/10th the cost
– Scalable – system array limited only by the number of installed endpoints and size (ports) of 10GbE switch
– High-speed uplinks on many 10GbE switches allow increased port capacity without obsoleting existing hardware
– Capable of concurrent Video Wall, MultiViewer, and Matrix Switching operation – supports diverse range of applications
– Embedded Local Management – DisplayNet auto-configures all connected devices even in the most complex networked systems, thus eliminating the need for complicated network switch configuration
